DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN – When I purchased my kitchen from Bradees Kitchen in the summer of 2018, we had a terrible experience waiting to get our cabinets installed and was given one excuse after another until my husband notified Rich Bradee that he will file civil charges against the company. Then we finally got our cabinets delivered and installed. Love my kitchen and two years later we decided to add another cabinet. I wanted my kitchen cabinets to be the same style and color and in spite of the terrible experience we had two years ago, I convinced myself to give them another try for the sake of having matching cabinets. Rich said he had the product in stock and we paid him half upfront months ago and still have not received the product. All we get are more excuses and another install date. So far I think we’ve had at least 5 install dates but no install. When my husband spoke to Rich 12/15/2020 he assured us that the counter will be installed 12/22 or 12/23. My husband told Rich if it’s not installed by 12/23/2020 he want a full refund. STILL NO PRODUCT AND RICH WON’T ANSWER HIS PHONE OR REPLY TO OUR TEXT MESSAGES. Can’t believe I gave him a 2nd chance and he blew it. Less learned.
