Purchased a beach house recently in which Design Line manufactured the kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, the small pantry did not have cabinet doors. I reached out to Design Line so I could have the PERFECT match. I was told by Renee that my job was too small and did not meet the $10,000 minimum. Confused by this minimum order, especially for an existing job, I stopped in and spoke to a salesman two days later. He could not have been more arrogant. Seemed as if my family and I were a bother to him with such a simple request. He smugly told us that the 2-year-old cabinets in our new home were not our purchase, but the previous owners and that the cabinet doors we were looking for could possibly cost $10,000 to meet the minimum. He took our information and told us that he would have the owner, Steve, contact us. It’s been over a week and the owner still has not had the decency to give us a call. Sorry my job is not big enough for you. Maybe you should post on your website that there is a minimum order of $10,000 regardless of a new customer or like me just needing additional cabinet doors to match the existing Kitchen Design Line you manufactured. Shame on you Steve for turning my business away because it is not big enough for you. Must be nice to pick and choose your customers. I can see, without even meeting you or talking to you where your sales rep got his arrogance from. You taught him well! SHAME ON YOU!

Don’t waste your time or money here. I regret using this company. I still have unresolved issues after multiple attempts to address. While employees truly care, the owner sabotages any attempt at a resolution with his rude, argumentative and outlandish behavior. Look for a more stable, reputable company. While my kitchen is beautiful,
One shouldnt have to deal with the unnecessary aggravation as I did with this company. There are better companies out there!
