The Ready To Assemble (RTA) discount kitchen cabinets that you will find at In Stock Kitchens feature a solid plywood cabinet box and solid wood face frames, doors and drawer fronts. These are the identical materials that you will find in upper class and expensive custom cabinetry. Because we manufacture and import our own RTA cabinets, and maintain a stock level of over 100,000 wood cabinets, we cut out the middleman and pass the savings to you.
Instock Kitchen’s RTA discount kitchen cabinets are both extremely durable and cost effective. At Instock Kitchens it is possible to purchase all wood kitchen cabinets for less than most kitchen dealers sell particleboard cabinets for. Even once the cost of the labor to assemble the cabinets is added in you still save money! One of the main reasons why our prices are very low is because we are one of the kitchen cabinet manufacturers. By manufacturing, importing and stocking more than 100,000 in our warehouse we are able to pass the savings on to you.
In Stock Kitchens has a standard 2 week lead time for all their cabinets. This is especially helpful when homeowners or contractors are in a time crunch and need the cabinets as soon as possible. Home centers typically have 6-8 weeks turnaround time to ship out. The RTA cabinets ship from our warehouse in Langhorne, Pennsylvania (just north of Philadelphia, PA). The travel time will depend on your location.

I bought my instock kitchen after seeing the positive reviews and ratings given here and a couple of other websites and they are very good. I’ve not got way much experience in buying kitchen cabinets but I knew I wanted better than what they had at my local lumber yard so looked online. We couldnt reach to the prebuilt cabinets and bought RTA instead but with the sale offer it was very reasonable even compared to IKEA which we also looked at online. Super helpful on the telephone too!

Reading Katherines review I have to agree and the funny thing is it was a KD at Home Depot who put me onto In Stock Kitchens. I wouldn’t say its the ABSOLUTE BEST kitchen in the world but its a damn lot better than some that are costed double and for the money its cracking value.
I bought the Walnut Shaker which came ready built so my kitchen fitters just slotted it together in about 3 days start to finish. A crown molding was damaged but I’d ordered excess anyway so I didn’t need another part and so I’ve no experience of their returns procedure

We were looking at IKEA kitchens as I was pretty sure that wood framed cabinets were out of our leauge and I got chatting to one of the designers there (IKEA) and he talked me through their range. I wasn’t very impressed with the construction or the vinyl and laminate finishes and told him as much, so he led me to the more expensive wooden door ranges. I asked if there were different cabinets and he said no. I said IKEA was pretty much all I could afford. Basic RTA cabinets was my limit.
He looked around and then whispered to me to try In Stock Kitchens and I’d never heard of them. He said that he had one of their kitchens and it was all wood proper framed cabinetry even though it was RTA. He said it was about the same price as the wooden range I’d reluctantly decided on in IKEA.
So I thnaked him profusely for all his help – he’d also designed me a layout – and rushed home to look up In Stock Kitchens.
I worked out what I needed and phoned them up for a couple of questions I had and told them the story about the man at IKEA.
They seemed very genuine and were very helpful so despite never having heard of them I went ahead an ordered $3500 worth of their cream painted Georgetown cabinets.
When they arrived I was amazed at the quality and my builders agreed that they were comparable to a $40000 kitchen they had just fitted.
The cabinets went together without a problem and I bought some discount appliances online and my builders sorted me out with stone countertop.
It’s been installed for just over 4 months now and everyone agrees it’s one of the best kitchens they’ve seen and when I tell them the price they just cant believe it.
I’d give them 5 stars for all counts and have to thank them and Jon at IKEA for everything.
