We hired Giovanni to remodel our bathroom in Feb ’21. It’s a simple 8×12 bathroom with a tub and shower, we were told it was a 4 – 6 week job. In Sep ’22…18 months later…they were still not finished so I had to fire them and get another contractor to finish. In those 18 months I was assigned at least 4 project managers (including Giovanni, who only came to the house once, at my urging, for 15 min). I still need to repair an unsecured part of the floor that flexes and damaged the grout, causing leaks. It’s my opinion you should approach these folks with caution.
