We are in the middle of our kitchen remodel. We order cabinets from Koch cabinets and they have started to install them. They seem like good cabinets until they got to one area where our dishwasher goes, this is where the peninsula comes out beside it. The cabinet that meets the dishwasher can be seen, instead of putting the oak board on the back of this cabinet they sent a skin to be installed on it. See picture below. We have contacted them throughs the cabinet company that’s installing them and Koch told them that if they were to fix it it would take 2 to 3 months to do it, they were not talking any rush orders. This is not a rush order, it’s them making their mistake right so we can finish our kitchen, we couldn’t install the granite tops until it’s fixed. So at this point the cabinet company that’s installing them is going to try to make something that will work. I would recommend that you order cabinets from another company and to stay away from Koch Cabinets, they do not stand behind their product to make things right. Would you except the cabinet below after spending thousands of dollar on your cabinets?

First box opened had a crunched corner. Due to poor packaging several corners were dented. The factory didn’t bother covering the side panel tack marks. Little nail-type marks up all exposed sides. The two-piece pantry didn’t line up well. One of the side panels was dented and the paint was peeling. The issues with these cabinets caused serious delay with my project. This affects my family and all contractors involved. I will never purchase from this company again.
