Saw after the worker left my microwave was damaged with a drip down the front of our Microwave. Paint job after examining is bad with light hitting it. He did not protect our property. Also, Cabinet is pulling away from wall with 2 screws holding set up. After checking 4 screws in other sets. Customer service rating is a Zero, will not return call, must text. Cabinets trim not painted on several. Very Disappointed and not taking responsibility for damage. D R Horton use them, I’d get another supplier

Junk. Don’t buy these cabinets. Absolutely junk. We have better cabinets in our basement we bought from a big box store. Not even painted all the way on all surfaces. Where the joints connect, there are gaps and the fronts feel and sound hollow. Drawers are wobbly, the cabinet fronts have a huge gap where the overlay sits on top and you can see they didn’t paint into that overlay crevice. $15,000 worth of junk now in my kitchen. This company has no extras to choose from either. We were lucky to get a spice rack.
Our contractor must have made a killing on these, cause he pushed and pushed for us to order them. Should have known better. Learn from our mistake and don’t order from here. So disappointing.

Customer service for these cabinets is essentially nonexistent. If your contractor will not give you satisfaction, there is none to be had from the company. Customer Service at Legacy is polite, but totally non responsive, they will NOT deal with any customer beyond telling them to call their contractor.
