I take a very different approach to managing construction projects. Many remodeling contractors will charge a significant fee and markup on subcontractor materials and services. Instead, I charge an hourly rate for project management which includes management of the budget, schedule, subcontractors and the finished product.

My customers have told me that they have saved tens of thousands in kitchen, bathroom and full-level remodels. In the end I believe you will have a remodel that exceeds your expectations but did not exceed your budget.
