We ordered our cabinets in April. Heritage strung us along every month by telling us that our cabinets should be in within the next 2-3 weeks. Finally we get them delivered in August. And they were the wrong color cabinets. We kept the cabinets because 1. We had them in our possession. 2. The gray was nice enough. 3. They still did not have the white cabinets I ordered. They did not offer us a discount for keeping the gray cabinets. They did expedite shipping a base cabinet that I had ordered but did not get. Do not buy Heritage Cabinets.

I also did a bar area with Shaker Espresso. The all wood composition of the doors and drawers, and the solid plywood boxes are just as good as any I’ve used. The hinges and drawer slides are high quality, and the finish is professional and durable. I have to believe that the other reviewer ordered a different cabinet line that was inferior to what I purchased.

I ordered Heritage cabinets for a second home in NC. The quart is every bit as good as the Crystal cabinets I have in my Orlando home and 1/3 the price. I will definitely order them again.

I had Heritage Madison Cabernet cabinets installed in my new home last year. When selecting these cabinets, the distributor didn’t have any actual cabinets to examine, only doors samples in the various styles and colors. I purchased these because according to their brochure, these cabinets appeared have the quality construction features that I was looking for, and the value for the price.
After moving into my new home, I realized that while the cabinets appear to be constructed well, the drawer slides and hinges are of extremely poor quality. The drawers are very tight to open as all of the slides stick, and they also require an extra push for the soft-close feature to engage. The stain on some of the side panels were not consistent and required touch-up, and one even had to be replaced because the color was blotched over the entire panel. Additionally, replacement parts aren’t available to be ordered separately, and one must order an entire cabinet to replace items such as a drawer front. Another downside is these cabinets are manufactured in China.
I am extremely disappointed in these cabinets and wish that I would have spent the few thousand dollars extra to buy quality American-made cabinets rather than Chinese junk.
