The rating is less than zero. I am a kitchen designers Lowe’s. I ordered a 10 day ship kitchen for a customer. 17 cabinets. 16 came damaged. We reordered and reordered and reordered. Fourth time they were sent, crated in plywood with packaging material and still they are damaged. DO NOT SELL THIS CABINET EVEN TO YOUR ENEMY. Customer service will not do anything except send new cabinets. We now have about 50 cabinets that the customer is cobbing together to make a kitchen. They won’t talk compensation. My customer has been without a kitchen since November with 4 little kids.
