If your contractor wants to use these JUST SAY NO! The finish on the cabinets is spotty. My cabinets are espresso. There are toms of places in the grooves that are white (they weren’t sprayed well). The cabinets not even six years old and the finish is wearing off completely in places around the handles.
Literally half of the soft close hinges in my house don’t work. And several stopped working after maybe two years. I tried emailing J&K to replace them and they never respnded.
We needed crown moulding and a can of the finish (I’m not replacing their awful soft close hinges with more of the same). I called the Denver location and they said they couldn’t sell to me. I asked if my contractor could purchase the items and was told yes. My contractor tried to purchase the items and was told to go to an authorized dealer. And they wouldn’t tell him who the local authorized dealers are.
If your contractor wants to use these JUST SAY NO! Awful quality and awful customer service.
