We went with Shanandoah because they had a reasonable turnaround time. That was in November 2022. It is now the end of June 2023 and we just now got our last cabinet. We had to have five cabinets and most of the cabinet doors replaced. We got five rounds of doors before we finally gave up and just accepted them. Shenandoah said it was our problem to store the extra 45 doors that we have and five extra cabinets.
The quality control is absolutely awful. We actually got a door from the factory that had blue painters tape on it highlighting all the dings in it. And they still sent it to us!
We spent $20,000 to have subpar cabinets that are covered in dings and scratches. Believe the reviews and do not buy these!

Shenandoah asked me to review my purchase, when I did they indicated the following:
“Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”
Stay away from this product and their service. I had a terrible experience.
One delivery person who stacked several cabinets on muddy 2 wheel dolly. Cracked cabinets, dents in cabinets, very dirty trim. Sent 4 page problems and photos to CX service.
A regional manufacturer representative came out with lowes. He was very rude and kept interrupting me when I was showing him all the issues. When I tried to use additional lighting in the dim room where all the new cabinets were placed for inspection, he indicated that I could not use additional lighting.
He indicated that if i could not use the room lighting one 100 watt ceiling light then there is no issue. However, I did note that the kitchen where these cabinets go has eight 60 watt lights and under counter lights and was 3 times brighter.
On one cracked wall cabinet side he said that they would not replace and that I needed to glue the crack. He indicated for cracks where the wood joins and is a gap that a wax crayon which they supply will suffice.
They only replace on shipping if the gap is more than the thickness of a dime.
They replaced one cabinet and should have replaced two. They replaced two drawer fronts and 8 pieces of custom trim. During installation, I found more cracked areas at the bottom of the cabinets and was able to coverup with trim.
The lowes sales person agreed the mfg service person should have not acted the way he did and apologized.
The thing is that this is also the same mfg that makes many of the Home Depot cabinets. Stay away from this brand. Search online and you will see what lowes and home depot brands they make.
Pros: does look nice once installed.

So instead of sending me my kitchen island, they sent me a bathroom vanity. Several doors were dented and dinged. The topper is now they will need to take WEEKS to send out a replacement and we are without our kitchen STILL! Horrible experience, buyer beware!

Delivery was flawless. So far, everything has been top notch. The delivery guys brought in all 35+ boxes and every single box was well intact – absolutely no damage. So I called our Lowes installer so that he could unpack and inspect everything – per our installation contract. He came within an hour and unpacked everything. The cabinets are absolutely gorgeous. Again, we bought the Maple McKinley Hazlenut Glaze. We opted for the all plywood construction, which added about $1000 to the total $10K price tag (we got a lot of extras). The cabinets seem and appear very sturdy. No real damage. The only thing is that three doors will get replaced due to minor (looks like factory) scratches. Everything else looks perfect. Thus far, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Lowes has been an excellent store for us.
