Not too sure about the other reviews but we’ve just did our kitchen in the 1600.
The design was our own, so the KD just had to go over specifics, door styles, trim etc. The cabinets were ordered early and were actually ready within the 5 week timeframe.
My wife and I did the install ourselves. We did discover a few screw pops and blemishes on some doors and sides. The KD came out within a few days and ordered replacement pieces.
The cabinets look great! They’re solid, square, level, and we’re both very happy…even with the few little issues.
