We have a small kitchen and for a cost of $8,000 you would think the cabinets would be of good quality. I realize they would not be custom cabinets, but these are cheap wood. Our contractor recommended a cabinet retailer that had this “affordable” line. It has caused me so much grief. Poor quality, delayed receipt of cabinets, retailer and installer, have all been unacceptable. I wished we never started the project.

I have been a JSI dealer for over 10 years and I had to stop selling their product. The owner of JSI hired these idiots to run the operation ran it down the drain. Orders were not ship on time, backordered issues, no communication with dealers that cause huge issues, these are just few of the many issues. when you have issues, they will promise you everything but nothing is deliver. We are just left to deal w the issues with the customers. I had no choice but to drop the line. Beward, stay away from JSI

Not sure if the wood is the actually said maple, maple is a hardwood that should not dent or scar easily, mine dent at the slightest bump. Warped doors and misaligned pre-drilled holes along with a cheap finish coating. They look nice, but I have a feeling these will need to be replaced in about 10 years. JSI needs to have better quality control.

JSI is the worst kitchen cabinet company to deal with! Stay away from them! First they told me two weeks delivery, then they gave me another date during the 3rd week and didn’tshow up, then gave me a 4th date during the 4the week…all along I had my crew waiting to work on the kitchen and finish the project, costing me time and money. Then the cabinets finally arrived damaged….horrible experience!! Will never buy from them again!

Please stay away from JSI cabinets. There are many companies out there that have great RTA cabinets. I own the Weaton line of JSI cabinets. The doors are warping, cracking and bleeding through. My crown molding that I paid a premium for are totally discolored in comparison to the cabinets. My retailer has been extremely helpful, but when dealing with a shoddy manufacturer company the retailer is at a loss. Several doors were ordered and installed ALL at my expense. Now due to the poor paint and finish quality the doors do not match some of the original doors/boxes. Cabinet boxes are cracking making it impossible to replace since the granite would need to be removed. The “optional” softclose mechanisms have been replaced several times due to oil leakage and continue to fail. A JSI rep was at my home to inspect the cabinets and agreed there were many defects in the quality of work. Most recently, 7/18 I attempted to contact JSI 3x about failing softclose mechanisms and have not received any response back. This again shows their total disregard for their customers and how they refuse to stand behind their products. I would not recommend JSI to my worst enemy. Regardless of the expense, I am now considering filing a lawsuit against JSI for their shoddy work and failure to warranty their garbage products. I would give JSI 0 stars for both quality of work and customer support
