We received cabinets with quite a few marks and scratches and have told that is to expected. 2 drawer fronts were missing and it took a few weeks to get them. When they came, the painted white finish didn’t match but the tech won’t respond to us. Fillers missing, drawers that don’t line up correctly even after their tech has adjusted them. The cabinets scratch very easily. We hesitate to call our sales rep because he has let us know we are difficult. A painful experience and totally different than when I purchased Merrilat Masterpiece for my master bath.
