I am a developer. My company builds complete subdivisions of many homes. I tried Brighton Cabinets on two new homes. One was pre Covid, the other was post Covid. My experiences were identical. Customer service is by far the very worst I have ever experienced. Various cabinets were damaged, valances were wrong size and was missing fillers. Even a standard 3″ filler took nine weeks to get. We have been waiting months. I have been repeatedly asking my dealer since the middle of April for a ETA date that I can expect these cabinets. Since April still no expected date. My problems transcend my dealer, as I contacted the area district manager. It took him two weeks to return my call. After my conversation with the district manager, he assured me he would get to the bottom of this and get back to me within a few days. Well that was six weeks ago. I have not heard from him. Brighton business practice / customer service is by far the worst I have experienced in 45 years of being in business
