We chose Dura Supreme 7 years ago for our kitchen remodel as we were told they had great quality and made one of the best cabinets out there. We couldn’t disagree more. We just had to buy and replace 17 door fronts because they were in horrible condition and were bubbling in many places. When we asked about their warranty they said it was due to excessive use and water damage. I am not sure how you have excessive use by using them daily and no water ever got to the bottom of our cabinet doors where they were bubbling. Our cleaning lady said she has seen a lot of cabinets in working in different homes and she has never seen cabinets deteriorate like ours did. Do not buy this product unless you want to redo your cabinets in a short amount of time. They do not have a quality product like they advertise, and they do not stand by their work. We tell anyone we know doing a kitchen remodel to not use their product.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen we started by looking at new cabinets. We really shopped around for the best quality, finishes, and cost of cabinets. Dura Supreme was a perfect fit for us! I think our favorite is the narrow pull out spice drawers, our spices are always at hand and organized. A close second is our plate drawer, with its individual stacking rods to keep the plates organized we never have to reach up to get a heavy plate. Our kitchen cabinets are what make our kitchen so beautiful & timeless. The kitchen is the hub of our home and we now enjoy entertaining & cooking in it more than ever. We did our research on cabinetry and shopped around. The first question we asked was about quality. We have small children and need the cabinets to hold up for a long time. They still look brand new and stylish. We loved how many options they had for style and color and found we were able to get all the bells and whistles we were hoping for at a decent price. One of our items we love is our larder pantry cabinet! We are always getting complements and could not be happier with our choice.

I am a prior customer of Durasupreme for a total house remodel (and informed the regional and VP of sales) and had been impressed by the quality of the product, so when were remodeling a bathroom, we chose this company again. We ordered ~$12,000 worth of cabinets in APR21 with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks and informed the contractor who demolished the current bathroom. Approximately 1 week after doing so, the local vendor informed us the delivery date would now be AUG21. The vendor complained to Durasuprems and was able to wrangle a JUL21 delivery date. The real issues began with the delivery of this order, marked as complete and inspected by Durasupreme. Evidently damaged doors, a missing door, mismatched panels and a mirror that had the mounting holes drilled on the incorrect side constitutes a complete and inspected product at Durasupreme. The local vendor was contacted and finally weeks later the replacement and original parts arrived. As one would expect, the contractor who had to return to the jobsite on 2 additional occasions charged fro his services. When I contacted Durasupreme to inquire about what compensation was in order, I was met with a cacophony of gibberish that they had met the warranty and also it was “industry standard” to ship an order with missing or backordered parts. That would have been nice information to pass on the the vendor or the customer perhaps? After numerous calls and emails, I finally was granted a call with the vaunted VP of sales, who after spending 10 minutes telling me how great his company was and all the meetings they had over my issues with this order, flatly denied that any funds were due in spite of this laughable production issue and customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another cabinet company as Durasupreme now delivers supremely priced products, 3 Stooges level handcraft and abysmal customer service

I had Dura Supreme cabinets installed last November by NVS Kitchen and Bath. I have really enjoyed the sold quality of these cabinets. The finish is lovely, of course. But what I really like is the way every part moves smoothly and quietly. The inner drawers are very useful and can be adjusted to fit my particular sets of pans. The end panels and molding are finished like fine furniture. I love the deep drawers for pots and pans because I can glance down and see everything at once.

I recently had received a previously used kitchen island from Dura Supreme and we installed it over 2 years ago. I LOVE IT! Even thought it was used and a few years old it looked brand new! I also sell baked goods in our local farmers market cooking for 100’s of happy customers so I REALLY put a lot of wear and tare on my kitchen as I cook every week to basically feed and army. LOL I also watch my grand babies who hang on the doors, hide inside the cabinets and bang their toys on them and not to mention a litter of young puppies and a cat who are always scratching at the cabinets to reach their noses toward the countertop to see what I’m cooking. After all the wear and tare my family puts on it we still get so many compliments about it when we have company and it still looks like new. The island seems to be invincible to my chaos! I love it so much I hope to remodel the rest of my kitchen and bathrooms one day with Dura Supreme too!

SUB-PAR CONSTRUCTION Rate -5. Kitchen cabinets installed June 2015.Beautiful look..2 MONTHS later the mitered corners have split on doors & drawers!I,ve never seen or heard of such a failure. Our contractor was in shock at the poor construction.. we’ve not had any support thus far in a resolution.

i have had two dura kitchens installed in two of my homes. My most recent is in Scottsdale, Az. sunbury door style in lyptus. I love them… would not have any other.

My dura supreme cabinets are beautiful and still looking good five rears after installation. Only a few flaws with a plinth delaminating after our dishwasher leaked and a door warping next to our cooking station

I think DuraSupreme are fabulous cabinets – just on the edge of the highend (such as Woodmode)and we always fit them and no-one knows they’re only semi
