This company is really incompetent and really have no business making cabinets. The quality is beyond-belief horrible.
Ryan Hodges –
It’s been about 8 years since my Ultracraft cabinets have been installed. This is the biggest regret I made in building my home. There were issues from the start. Cuts and dings in the doors. Peeling and within a year my sink pull out began to swell. Now the other side is swelling and the bottom of several others are now swelling up from the bottom. These cabinets are pieces of crap. 7 years ago when I researched complaints about the cabinets there were a handful, but now there are numerous sites with a variety of complaints similar to mine. I just want my money back. I’m beginning to think a group law suit is in order. If the 100 year warranty does not cover the swelling issues then that tells me its a bigger issue than the company is letting on.
