James with a new kitchen –
We had Waypoint’s maple kitchen cabinets installed this year. The cabinets and doors are sturdy. Much nicer that RTA cabinets, and better quaility than the cabinets sold at the big box stores. Good hinges but we had to contact the manufacturer about some drawer runners.
John Thomas –
The absolute WORST quality control of any cabinet manufacturer I have ever seen. If there were less than one star, I would check that space.
I have 23 “new” Waypoint kitchen cabinet doors in my basement that Waypoint had to replace because of over-spray of urethane, poor paint quality, uneven or different color finish, chips, scratches, poor packaging. A third of the cabinets themselves had stripped screw holes, and two doors fell off their hinges, almost injuring my wife. We spent over 35,000.00 on cabinetry and it took months to correct everything and finish the job. It delayed our moving into to our home by 6 weeks move, and even after we did, we lived with no cabinet doors on half the cabinets.
OK, stupid is as stupid does. We needed a bigger pantry and it had to match the Waypoints. So, I give them another chance and ordered a 36″ wide pantry. It came in with a cracked frame because they drilled a hinge hole too close to the edge. What do they do? Fix it? No, they moved the hinge, covering up the crack and hoping we would not notice. Two of the pull out doors also had split side panels. Top that off with installing only standard hinges, not the slow-close that they advertise. So they sent another cabinet (sans doors, since they were OK) and two new pull-out drawers. After I installed the pantry, I went to install the pull-out drawers. The holes on the left were a 1/4 inch higher than the holes on the right side of the pantry, so none of the drawers could be made level. Because it was a 1/4 inch, I could not even drill new holes, because the height difference would only make the existing holes bigger, and the hardware would not be secure. So this is my job to fix Waypoint’s crappy quality? I am waiting for their next “solution” but I will be an even bigger idiot to do business with them again.

Back in early 2022 we had our house in Fairfield, CT remodeled, and I purchased cabinetry from a supplier of Wayfair Living Spaces. The cabinets look fine but two pieces of corner molding are missing on the island and one floating shelf (only received 4 of the 5 ordered) is still missing. I have tried to acquire through the supplier I paid $25k to for this product but get no response. So I figured I would just contact the people at Waypoint and show them pictures and they would jump right in to help me get the 3 pieces of missing items…WRONG! They responded three times by email and each time asked for additional information. I forwarded my invoice, order form, renderings and finished pictures so they can see the issue and their final response…their 4th email to me simply said “we do not sell directly to homeowners”! Can you imagine such LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE? How about even a little sympathy for a fellow human being! They STINK! It was their supplier who has failed their customer and still no help. All I wanted was to be able to buy…yes…I told them I would pay and install myself…I just needed the matching materials and I get the “sorry, we don’t sell directly to homeowners”! THEY STINK!
Sunny Beach –
I’ve had my Waypoint cabinets for about 6 months and they have been nothing but junk since the day they were installed. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and poor follow-up. I do not recommend for any reason.
Cindy –
We bought Waypoint kitchen cabinets and after 8 months the paint chipped off quite a bit from three of the drawers. I sent them and email and they never bothered to respond to me. We purchased the cabinets thru our designed who contacted Waypoint on our behalf. Waypoint agreed to ship new fronts for the drawers but we were told we were responsible to have them reassembled. Waypoint would not give us a reasonable answer as to why the paint was coming off and they no one would come inspect our 8 month old cabinets. We were told that the damage was caused by water which was ridiculous since the drawers were no where near our sink. We found out that if you go to a big dealer like Home Depot and Studio 41 they have people on staff to help with these situations. In the meantime, the dealer has disappeared. My advice is to skip Waypoint. There are other manufacturers who will stand behind their product and who work with dealers who will help. There is a reason this company has so many poor reviews.
Deanna Sprinkel –
Look elsewhere!!! There has to be a better cabinet company than Waypoint!!! Biggest mistake we made in building our home in Kingman, AZ. We spent over 70,000 on cabinets from Waypoint. What a disappointment!!! The finish is minimal at best — not sure how long they will last. In the upper cabinets the spacing of the shelf adjustment holes is useless. At the top of the cabinet there is a set of 3 holes and at the bottom of the cabinet there is a set of 3 holes. In the middle of the 2 sets of holes is about 8″ of totally blank space — no adjustments. Makes the middle part of the cabinet unusable. The drawers are another story. If your plan shows a 6″ drawer front, you only end up with a 3″ wide, usable drawer!!! What a waste of space!! The cabinets are much the same except you only loose about 20% of the space — if your cabinet front on the plan is showing 32″ wide — you will end up with a 26″ wide usable space in the cabinet. The pull outs the company uses is a total joke!! They are so flimsy it’s difficult to put any kind of weight on them — they bow which makes it almost impossibile to close again. I put some items on an upper cabinet shelf, thinking it would be OK. Within an hour the shelf was bowed — you could actually see the bend in the shelf!!! Look elsewhere — very cheap cabinets!!! If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would!!!
Jeff Sprinkel –
AVOID at all costs! These cabinets are terrible. Shelves bow when loaded. The framework takes up so much of the overall space – all drawers loose 3 inches on each side from what you see on the outside. Upper cabinets are the same for both width and height. Slide out hardware is very weak and attached in the front and back with 1 screw. Bases on pull outs will not support the weight of pyrex dishes. The finish of all cabinets is uneven with dark marks throughout the home. Spent over 70,000. on Waypoint cabinets – BIG MISTAKE !!!
Deanna Sprinkel –
Recently my husband and I built a home in Kingman, AZ. The builder insisted on using Waypoint Cabinets!!! Boy, what a mistake!!! We put over $70,000 into cabinets in our new home — it took a Semi truck just to deliver the load. We have now completed the build on our home and are in the process of actually working with the cabinets. In our sewing studio, when placing items on the shelves in the upper cabinets, the shelf visibly bows within an hour!!! The pullouts in the lower cabinets are flimsy and won’t hold much weight. They are actually meant to be used — they are that cheap. Another major issue with the cabinets is the frame work. If on your plan you have a 6″ drawer — that is only the width of the drawer. The actual usable drawer is only 3″ — 50% reduction in actual usable space. The cabinets aren’t quite as bad — there is only about a 20% reduction in space there. In other words, if the plan is calling out a 32″ wide 2 door cabinet, the width between the framework of the cabinet is only 26″!! In the cabinets with adjustable shelves, the holes in the sides of the cabinets to place the pegs to hold the shelves are not evenly space through the height of the cabinets. There is about an 8″ gap between two sets of evenly spaced peg holes. Prevents a person from truly utilizing the cabinets fully. Very Frustrated!!! This was the largest mistake we made with this home — selecting Waypoint for our cabinets. Avoid Waypoint at all cost!!!
Laura Hiestand –
Buyer be ware worst cabinets, poor quality, horrible finish and no response from the company.
Don’t buy these cabinets .
Jeffrey Nogs –
We purchased 16,500 in new Waypoint cabinets. Junk, total junk. finish is full of dirt and end grain on the panels were not sand, left ruff. Called dealer and company rep. They came to our house, such a waste of time. Everything that was wrong with our cabinets are within company specs. The company rep said that is the way Cherry supposed to look like. He talked about the low quality material used to make thier cabinets and that their cabinets are entry level cabinets. The rep was very antagonistic and rude. He said that our rough finish, with dirt in it was character of the wood and everything was a worm hole not damage. DO NOT BUY. We were mislead on quality of the cabinets.
Also, the boxes are warpped and not even. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Buyer beware…..Wish I could leave a negative rating.
Unbelievably Dissatisfied –
We purchased Waypoint cabinets for our kitchen remodel in October 2018 with the understanding that these cabinets are American made, not the cheap quality coming in from China. Well, either we received Chinese assembled cabinets or American quality is lower than the imports. The quality of the materials is cheap, the construction of the boxes is poor (not square, gaps in joints, dovetails poorly made and not finished properly, poor quality of staining and rough surfaces on most cabinet fronts. We have already had the bottom of the cabinet above the oven fall through and we had a shelf fall down breaking several glasses due to improperly drilled shelf holes and shelf hardware. The Waypoint rep for our area inspected our cabinets and was dismissive stating this is the level of quality for the price point. We could have purchased better quality cabinets from the big box stores for thousands less. The rep said he could order replacement cabinets, but they would be built the same way and to the same quality standards. Speaking of quality, Waypoint has a nice video available to show customers how well they construct their cabinets and double check each order fixing any issues before shipment. BS!! – Maybe they used to do this 3 years ago when the video was made, but there is no way that anyone performing quality inspection should have let our cabinets ship with all of the defects we have discovered. Based on what we have read, we seriously doubt that Waypoint will stand behind their product and will try to force our dealer to cover up for their mistakes. Stay away from Waypoint! Find another product or dealer. Don’t trust that what you see in the dealer’s showroom is what you will end up having installed in your home.
Donna –
I also have Waypoint cabinets installed in May of2017. Drawer and door fronts have been replaced several times because of warping. I have a bank of drawers under my cooktop, and next to my wall oven. The replacement drawers have warped again, and the sides of the drawers do not line up evenly. My dealer replaced the doors, and drawers and has tried to help us, but due to the inferior materials they keep warping. Actually most of the cabinets don’t line up evenly. I left a comment on Waypoint’s Facebook page, and was contacted that they wanted to help me. That was in November 2017 and no one has followed up. I am going to contact the dealer and Waypoint again. We should all post the problems we are having on their Facebook page and maybe something will get done!

Avoid Waypoint cabinets unless you want the headache. Poor quality and Waypoint does not stand behind their product.
Ordered two bathroom vanities. One painted finish. One stained finish. The drawers do not slide smoothly in either vanity. Harder to open and close. Inconsistent stain coverage. Do not rely on the supplied color samples.
The drawers didn’t line up horizontally or vertically; At all. The installer said he’d have to disassemble and reassemble — and even then he didn’t know if they could be saved. He said this was a more severe problem than a typical adjustment. Complained to dealer. He dismissed. He finally called the Waypoint representative who said “This represents and meets are quality standards. You are free to re-order at your own expense. We offer no assistance.”
The dealer acknowledged the poor fit but said it was my responsibility to fix the drawers at my expense. The installer said he doesn’t know if it could be fixed. He would have to re-drill all of the drawers and/or rails. He looked at both vanities, shook his head and said “This is really bad. They should fix this.” He said the build and finish quality on other brands was better.
Waypoint Corporate customer service does not stand behind the product. They refer back to the dealer. Corporate was extremely aggressive in their tone. Asking for help didn’t get me anywhere so I complained. She went on aggressive defense and made every effort to put me in my place for complaining. They will do nothing.
Went to a different dealer and found a higher quality Shiloh. The price was much less than the Waypoint dealer and my past experience with Shiloh has been outstanding.
After this debacle I did more research on Waypoint. My experience mirrors that of many others. I would not recommend Waypoint. Ever.
I regret the decision to go with Waypoint. Buyer beware.
John –
Avoid at all costs. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the cabinets. We selected their 710 series doors which is the high end of their line and of course the high price point. The mitered corners looked awful with very inconsistent gaps which stood out like soar thumbs. Waypoint’s response was that they manufacture in Arizona and the temperature difference in California causes the separation??? We had their representative out to review and they said that was the best they could do and met their quality standards. Not to mention the trim pieces on the shelving delaminate within days. POS cabinets do not buy.
Kristi Chase –
Waypoint cabinets are complete junk. Do not buy….. we have had for two years in our kitchen and they are chipping and peeling. Never cook -this is not a wear and tear issue. THis is a construction defect. I called the company about warranty and they want me to go
Through the contractor who is not responsive! We will be filing a lawsuit.
Phil knell –
I just finished installing my kitchen cabinets and I can honestly say I am quite disappointed on waypoint products;
Was told. Cabinet delivery would be 30 day delivery from time of order took 42 days
Have both stain and painted finishes Both finishes are orange peel and very poor spray job
Fillers and many cabinets came with crushed corners
Quality of plywood on side of cabinets on many had hairline gouges on the veneer
Two doors will need to be replaceed of 17 cabinets shipped with defects
Shelves clips clear plastic were shipped broken
Tall panels for built in look at refrigerator only had one good side, due to scratches and poor finish.
No touch up paint or stain stick – why not?
Cabinets racked and out of square
If you look from the top of cabinet to the bottom you can see curve in the plywood
Haven’t installed three piece crown moulding yet, tomorrow’s task
IF I KNEW WANT I KNOW NOW I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN LOOKED AT THESE CABINETS
Don’t waste your money or time.
Jennifer –
Love my Waypoint kitchen. The quality, price, finish options were really what we were looking for. We chose the 420 Cherry Java. We could not find a more beautiful dark Cherry color for our cabinets. Love the soft close drawers & doors as well. Best thing is we could not of asked for better customer service from our local dealer. They explained the quality of a American made product that Waypoint is versus the China cabinets that are assembled. We definitely recommend Waypoint.
Brenda –
My cabinet door nearly fell on my head last night! The screws are too small! Good thing I had someone who could hold the door, so I could secure it for repair today. I have a set of 8 Corelle dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and salt and pepper shakers in the cabinet. I wouldn’t recommend putting anything heavy in these cabinets.
Several boxes arrived with damage product and extra pieces arrived. Weird.
Steve B –
We recently completed a complete kitchen overhaul and for the most part are very pleased with Waypoint cabinets. We purchased the 720R in Maple Auburn Glaze and Hazelnut Glaze. While spending close to $20,000 on cabinets, they still represented a very good value for an American-made product. We topped the base cabinets with high end granite(level 4…if you’re into the granite marketing thing).
Likes:
Value
Hardware – everything is soft closing except the trash and spice drawers
Finish – appears to be very durable
All plywood construction
Dislikes:
Some sloppy glue work
Contractor lost a lot of the shelf bracket hardware so we had to buy more
Depending upon your contractor, your mileage may vary. Our finish carpenter was very detailed and did a spectacular job getting the look just right. Our electrician came in with Sawzall and broke the dado joint on one of the wall cabinets after installation…a real bummer that required blocking and glue to fix.
All in all we achieved a very high end look with this mid-grade cabinet line. Custom would have put this large kitchen out of our budget range.
We would buy Waypoint again.
Michael B –
I am extremely disappointed in my decision to go with Waypoint. I ordered a knee hole desk for the kitchen, filing cabinets on either side and a pencil drawer in the middle. Unbelievably, the face of the pencil drawer did not match the rest of the kitchen. Waypoint went to the trouble to make a face that looked like something I could make in my garage; it was not mitered and the profile did not match. After rounds of phone calls with Waypoint and the dealer, they tell me that there’s nothing they can do and they will not make a matching face because they’re not ‘set up for it’. They must not make their own faces, because if they went to the trouble to make the face they sent, they could have used the correct/matching profile. If I had been told that after spending $14K on cabinets, that one of the faces wasn’t going to match all the others, I would have stayed away from Waypoint!
Jason from IL –
I have installed many different brands of cabinets over the years. The past 3 years I have seen more in the Waypoint brand. Fact is as others have mentioned that there is no perfect cabinet brand or maker. I have had many high end brands ship poorly constructed cabinets to customers. Waypoint does seem to have less problems & the small issues that have arrived at the job site were fixed in a timely fashion. They use good hinges & drawer runners. Also the grade of 3 ply-plywood they use is better than most. I would say they are definitively an excellent cabinet for the price.
Jack W –
Greetings. I am a contractor & have installed many different cabinet brands over 20 years. I must say Waypoint is the best quality for the price. You definitely get the most bang for your buck with this brand.
-Jack
Terry Ector –
I just spent over $20,000 on Waypoint kitchen cabinets and I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality and the contractor with whom remodeled my kitchen. First item, the cabinets are not square so the drawers in the cabinets seem warped. One side of the drawer closes against the front of the cabinet and the other side does not. There is not adjustment system in these cabinet to compensate for this irregularity. Second item, the first time I went to put dishes in an upper cupboard, the whole side fell off because the nails missed the back of the cupboard and there were never glued. Third item, the bottom of the upper cupboards are not screwed inside so all this crooked screws and screw whole are visible and make the cabinets look cheap. Fourth item, the wood used in the door construction is thin with obvious flaws which once again make this cabinets look cheaper then off the aisle cabinets at a Home Center. I have waited 4 and half month for products to come in and be installed and am currently still waiting. My recommendation is find another cabinet for your dream kitchen and it will be a nightmare.
Massachusetts Cabinet Owner –
We did a full kitchen remodel about a year ago and chose Waypoint cabinets after visits and quotes from 3 prior dealers, so we really felt like we did our research. We settled on this particular line because it was the best value in our price range, offered a slightly different look than we’d seen with other lines, we liked the local dealer, and they’re made in the USA. I won’t say the process was smooth and easy, but this company stands by their product, and we have several examples.
1) We chose a new door design that wasn’t set up for production yet so delivery took longer than expected. Waypoint compensated us by upgrading to full plywood boxes.
2) One of the drawer fronts was damaged in shipping and they sent out a new one immediately, no questions asked.
3) About a month after installation I noticed a problem with the soft close mechanism on one of the drawers. I emailed our local dealer, he took care of the problem and we had it fixed in a week.
4) Now, a year later, I had the same problem on the same drawer base (different drawers), and instead of going through the local dealer I went right to Waypoint. I heard back from them immediately, new drawers are on their way, no questions asked.
After doing a ton of research, it became apparent to us that there is no such thing as a perfect cabinet manufacturer, and there’s no such thing as a problem free kitchen remodel. Our contractor has done hundreds of them, and he had nothing but good things to say about the quality and look of our cabinets. He has even referred some of his customers to our dealer which speaks volumes because he’ll install whatever his customers order but quality cabinets just make the job easier. Bottom line, expect problems with the process, but work with a company who will fix them with a smile. Waypoint has done this for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Every day I walk into my kitchen and love it just as much as I did the day it was finished. I experienced none of the problems others have had with stain, paint, and general finish issues, but that may be due to the fact that we researched wood types, finishes, etc. and knew what to expect from our choice. The cabinets are beautiful, we get lots of compliments, and would buy them again in a heartbeat.
Diana –
I purchased Waypoint white linen 611 cabinets this summer. I am finding that these cabinets are incredible soft and will dent extremely easily. I am so paranoid about these cabinets that I have completely taken over all the kitchen duties because I don’t trust my husband and son to be as careful with these cabinets as you need to be. The white cabinets are very pretty, but, in my opinion, are so delicate that they are better suited to look at, rather than actually use.
Jerry Hankins –
I’ve been in the kitchen and bath industry for over 25-years and a Waypoint Living Spaces Dealer for about a year plus. We’ve offered (do offer) everything from entry level to “anything your heart desires” custom. I’ve had experience with many manufacturers of cabinetry at many price points. With ANY manufacturer of cabinetry, it has to be “SOLD” right. What I mean by that is, represent it for what it is. Don’t over sell it, don’t present it as something it’s not. Make sure the expectations of the home owner are relative to the product and components they are investing in. That’s true of ANY product.
Specific to Waypoint. I needed a bring on a manufacturer to achieve a certain price-point, delivering cabinetry which met a certain criteria. Is Waypoint “perfect?” Nope. Can a certain look be achieved, of a certain quality level, or a reasonable price with Waypoint? Certainly. You can spend the same amount or More … and get Less. While Waypoint, like ANY manufacturer have their own nuances, be it construction or offering, but … from what I know is available … I do believe that Waypoint delivers a decent product relative to the price they charge.
Again the key (for the Seller), don’t over sell it. To the Buyer, ask questions. If it sounds too good to be true, it just might be.
Lynn –
They are okay but I would not purchase them again. Purchased cabinets in a painted finish and a stained finish. The stained look fine but the painted wood looks “off” and by that I mean they feel like wood foam. It is light and airy and not at all a “heavy or solid” feeling. Also, several of the drawers will not stay attached to the glides and I have had to have them adjusted. I do not buy that adjustments are due to shipping I think the clip mechanism holding the drawer slides are poorly designed.
Mandy Coombs –
Too early to rate overall or about the customer service, but our painted glazed cabinets are being installed this week and out of the first few that have been installed, we have found 4 drawers with defects (paint peeled, scratches, nicks) and and tow cabinets with paint “seams” down the middle. Not impressed so far Waypoint. We have an American Woodmark (parent of Waypoint) vanity that is stained. Had one door where the grain was not acceptable and Home Depot had it replaced promptly. Now with these, though annoyed by the quality control, I’m hoping for a smooth and prompt replacement of which looks like will be a lot of cabinets. Stressful 🙁
Sarah –
I purchased my waypoint cabinets almost a year ago and I love them. My designer set my expectations on what I would be getting. price was also a factor in making my decision/ because I could not afford custom. if you look at other cabinets the finishes are fairly the same but more money.
Whenever I have get together’s my friends and family always ask me about my kitchen.
LOVE MY KITCHEN.
Chuck Chapman –
I have been selling Waypoint since they started. I have found the customer service is the best in the industry. Every issue was handled promptly and without hassle. I wanted to post this because of a few negative posts. I want to assure people that this is a wonderful product. Sometimes it is the dealer or the installer with the problems. I have had all types of painted finishes from them and have not seen the issues one customer had. Speaking with company higher ups they will not leave a single customer unhappy with the product and will bend over backwards to get them satisfied.
James –
Im surprised with some of these reviews. I purchased a WayPoint kitchen a little over a year ago & i am still 110% satisfied. Before hearing of WayPoint I was shopping Omega Dynasty & Masterpiece. Both of those lines are semi custom & similar priced. They also both have many bells & whistles available. The price of those were high but seemed worth the value. Then one of the dealers I was working with mentioned WayPoint & told me that they are also semi custom and can accomodate my needs. My wife & I got a price on the 720F door style in maple cream glaze. WayPoint was 30% less than the competitors brands. WayPoint offered all the same bells & whistles as well. We have double roll out trays with soft close & double level cutlery trays, ect. The options are available. Also as someone mentioned here, the doors on the cabinets were all not exactly even. But as my carpenter explained it’s completely normal and usually happens during shipping. He explained that any good carpenter takes the doors off the cabinets when installing & puts the doors back on when the job is finished. We did have one door with a rough factory finish. We called our dealer & another door was sent out to us Fed Ex in about a week. Now over a year later, I am very happy with my cabinets & would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased Waypoint Cabinetry from a dealer in Rhode Island. The cabinetry I purchased is a painted finish. I was very disappointed with the quality of the finish. The edges were very dry, and the finish was bubbling. The manufacturer sent their local representative to view the product. She (M***) was not very knowledgeable, and could not offer a solution. It turns out she(M***)is married to the dealer that I purchased the product through. Seems fishy to me. In all, we had a re-finisher come to our home and refinish many of the defective items. We are out of pocket $1200.00 for the re-finish. I do not recommend Waypoint, nor do I recommend the factory representative!

I would love for you to come forward on this. Anyone that’s ever dealt with (M***). No matter what line she has represented. She has always stood behind the product and taken care of any issues. I have been selling cabinets over 10 plus years and she is one of the best representatives out there. She always picks up the phone if she not with a customer, or always calls you right back. She is VERY knowledgeable about the product (Waypoint) she sells. Waypoint’s customer service is by far one of the best I deal with. The product is a middle of the road product and is about 20% less then these other mid level brands. To me personal they have one of the better finishes out there. I would really like to know who refinished your kitchen so I can contact them. Any representative cannot go out to a job without someone from a dealer to represent them. Because I know one thing for sure is the representative of waypoint would never let an issue like this pass by without being resolved. The dealer you are talking is “I” We have sold plenty of white kitchens without any issues. Every line out there has something that could come in damage, or have a slight finish issue. These are always resolved. I would love to hear from you on this and why is the first I’m hearing about this situation? Why haven’t you called us the dealer? Why are you saying the representative has been to the job, when she has not? I really would like for you to call me with your order information so we could help you.
Thanks, Michael

I have been a Waypoint dealer for a year now and have had excellent experience. My sales rep is a dream and her production team is super responsive on phone or email. I had a blemish on the finish of a piece of white trim and the company immediately ordered a replacement, without a photo or a return or a question. I am impressed with their service ethic.
The shipping and delivery is fantastic. Each cabinet is individually boxed and the carrier stacks them inside the home on a Waypoint supplied tarp. White glove. Cabinets are shipped 28 days after I place an order on their user friendly Java app.
The cabinet quality is mid-grade, as mentioned above. That is more a reflection of the finishes offered and options available. The construction of the case is somewhat modular and the drawer guides just snap into place. The pricing reflects this and I find them to be 20% lower than a lot of comparable lines.

Just got the cabinets…looked at all of them and there’s an issue with each. Very poor craftsmanship and bad finishing, as well as chips and scratches. If I wanted cheap cabinets I would have ordered them from China, they probably would have been nicer and cheaper! Does anyone have higher management contact information? I’m fighting now to get everything replaced or be compensated for the damage and the customer service is very bad, I’m just going in circles. So frustrated!
Robert –
What a disappointment. I learned that Waypoint is merely a spin-off of American Woodmark sold at the big box store. The cabinetry doesn’t offer any options, and is nothing more than a marketing ploy. I wish I knew that before I spent the money to purchase such an inferior product. I have had several issues with the quality of the finish. I live in New England, so the manufacturer sent their local representative out to see the issues. That was a waste of time, as she doesn’t seem to know anything about kitchen cabinetry. I cannot endorse this product!
Amy –
I recdently had a Waypoint Kitchen installed. There were a few issues (that should be expected on a remodel project). My dealer and Waypoint took care of each of the items in a timely and professional manner with no hesitation or questions. I was told their motto was “if I wasnt happy, then they werent happy” The Waypoint warranty and customer service team is top notch and second to none. I couldnt imagine a better experience. I simply love my kitchen. There is just no way that I could have found a better value for such an AWESOME product. Thanks Waypoint and Statewide Cabinets for making my kitchen the highlight of my home.
